The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) has revealed the alleged systematic abuse committed by Pastor Apollo Quiboloy against young girls. According to DCPO Chief Col. Hansel Marantan, many of the victims reportedly did not file complaints due to alleged brainwashing by Quiboloy’s camp.

Because of this brainwashing and indoctrination, the victims allegedly accepted their fate at the hands of Quiboloy. Col. Marantan further explained that the girls were groomed before being subjected to sexual acts with the accused pastor.

The Quiboloy camp allegedly instilled the belief in these young girls that sexual relations with the pastor was a form of service.

According to Marantan, this was described as the final ritual before the girls would be included in Quiboloy’s inner pastoral circle.

Quiboloy currently faces charges in Davao City under RA 7610, also known as the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.

The case had been transferred by the Supreme Court to the Quezon City Regional Trial Court for trial.
