Nartatez emphasized that the PNP is fully prepared for large-scale gatherings, strengthening police visibility to maintain peace and order.

For the three-day protests, at least 300,000 participants are expected at the EDSA People Power Monument under the United People’s Initiative (UPI), while more than 100,000 individuals per day are anticipated at the Quirino Grandstand for the INC Peace Rally.

To reinforce security, the PNP has deployed personnel in Quezon City, Manila, Pasay City, and major thoroughfares, including government buildings.

The PNP also affirmed that while it respects the right to free expression, strict enforcement of existing laws and safety protocols will be implemented to ensure the safety of all attendees.
