The Lubuagan-Batong-Buhay Road in Kalinga is also closed due to debris flow.

Additionally, the CT Talubin-Barlig-Natonin-Paracelis-Calaccad Road in Mountain Province remains blocked by a soil collapse.

In Cagayan Valley, the Sampaguita-Warat-Suerte-Catarauan-Afusing Road in Cagayan is submerged in floodwaters.
