Van Driver Dies in Collision with Truck in Mangaldan

A van driver tragically lost his life when the van he is driving collided with a truck in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

The incident occurred when the van, heading towards San Fabian, collided with a truck traveling in the opposite direction towards Mangaldan.

In an interview with Bombo Radyo Dagupan, PCAPT. Jerome Marquez, Deputy Chief of the Mangaldan Police, stated that the cause of the accident is still under investigation.

However, initial findings suggest that the van swerved into the truck’s lane, leading to the fatal crash.

The truck driver did not sustain any injuries, but the van driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

PCAPT. Marquez reminded the public to always ensure they are well-rested and sober when driving to avoid such tragic accidents.

He also emphasized the importance of vehicle maintenance to prevent mishaps on the road.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the exact cause of the accident.
