Global pop sensation and South Korea’s pride BTS has finally made its much-anticipated comeback with the release of their new album Arirang, marking a historic new chapter for the world’s biggest group after years of anticipation from fans across the globe.

The return immediately created massive global attention, with the music video premiere of lead single “Swim” drawing an impressive 1.8 million concurrent viewers worldwide, proving once again the immense power of BTS and its dedicated fandom, ARMY.

The cinematic music video for “Swim” features American actress Lili Reinhart alongside the seven-member group.

Meanwhile, Arirang, composed of 14 tracks, presents a more mature side of BTS while still carrying elements of the sound that first defined their early career.

Even before its official release, Arirang had already broken major records. On Spotify, the album reached 5 million pre-saves, becoming the first male act and first group to achieve the milestone, and the second artist overall in the platform’s history. In physical sales, BTS also became the first and fastest artist to sell one million units in Hanteo chart history in less than 10 minutes after release.

To further promote the album, BTS is set to embark on the Arirang World Tour, scheduled from April 2026 until March 2027, with fans already anticipating sold-out venues across multiple continents.

Adding to the excitement, a special comeback concert titled “BTS The Comeback Live | Arirang” will be streamed live exclusively on Netflix on March 21, 2026. The special event will feature a historic live performance from Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, celebrating the group’s long-awaited return through a major global broadcast.

Despite the hiatus brought about by military enlistment beginning in 2022, BTS has proven that its influence remains unmatched, maintaining its status as one of the most powerful and relevant names in global music today.
