President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. assured the public that government agencies are well-prepared to respond to the recent Taal Volcano eruption without needing direct instructions from his office.

In light of Taal Volcano’s explosion at 4:30 PM on October 3, Marcos stated that the government follows a standard operating procedure (SOP) for any natural disaster or calamity.
