The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) is offering a ₱1-million reward for any information that could lead to the arrest of former police officer Police Lt. Col. Rafael Dumlao III, the alleged mastermind behind the murder of South Korean businessman Jee Ick-joo.

Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Director PMGen. Nicolas Torre III confirmed that investigators are currently following leads to track Dumlao’s whereabouts.

Torre stated that they have received crucial information and traces linked to Dumlao’s two spouses, which may be instrumental in determining his location.

Earlier on Sunday, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ordered the launch of full-scale manhunt operations to ensure Dumlao’s capture.

Despite the absence of any official departure record under Dumlao’s name, the Bureau of Immigration has not ruled out the possibility that he may have already left the country.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) affirmed that coordination is ongoing with the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) to issue a Red Notice, which would alert other countries to arrest the suspect if located abroad.

Currently, the PNP has assigned a dedicated tracker team to expedite the search for Dumlao and monitor any developments related to the case in the coming days.
