Nograles, Duterte Undergo Drug Tests Amid Calls for Transparency

DAVAO CITY – Representative Margarita “Migs” Nograles has accepted former Presidential Son Paolo Duterte’s challenge to undergo a hair follicle drug test.

Nograles took the drug test at Hi-Precision Laboratory in Bajada, Davao City.

According to Nograles, she did not see this as a challenge but as an act of accountability and transparency.

Meanwhile, Congressman Paolo Duterte also underwent a hair follicle test, though he took his test in Mandaluyong City instead of Davao.

Nograles expressed regret that they did not meet in Davao but emphasized that the important thing was that they both took the test simultaneously.

Additionally, Nograles urged her fellow lawmakers to follow suit and take the drug test after Vice President Sara Duterte issued a similar challenge to public officials.
