Motorcycle Driver Dead in Vigan City Accident

Vigan City, Ilocos Sur – A 24-year-old motorcycle driver, Kenneth Joshua Herrera Tabalan, was declared dead on arrival after a road accident on Liberation Boulevard, Barangay San Julian Sur, Vigan City.

The incident also involved Paul Pamo Madriaga, 23, who was the backrider on the Honda Click motorcycle.

Both men were residents of Barangay Santo Tomas, Sto. Domingo, and were reportedly wearing helmets and under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

According to the investigation, the motorcycle was speeding when Tabalan lost control of the handlebars and crashed into a traffic island.

Both men sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the hospital, but Tabalan was pronounced dead on arrival, while Madriaga remains under observation.
