Medialdea Questions ICC Over Duterte’s Whereabouts

Former Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea is demanding information from the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding the whereabouts of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

Medialdea revealed that upon his inquiry, Duterte was not inside the detention facility where he was initially held the previous day.

The former official claimed that he received information suggesting that Duterte was brought to a hospital, but no clear details were provided.

This prompted Medialdea to confront the ICC to clarify Duterte’s exact location.

Medialdea expressed concern over Duterte’s whereabouts, saying, “We are at a loss at this time. Lokohan na to. We don’t know where Duterte is right now.”

Duterte is in ICC custody as he faces charges of crimes against humanity in connection to the country’s controversial war on drugs.
