Interpol issues blue notice for ex-lawmaker Zaldy Co — Remulla

THE International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has issued a Blue Notice against former Ako Bicol Party-list representative and House Appropriations Committee chair Zaldy Co., Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla confirmed on Monday.

“The Blue Notice is out,” Remulla told reporters during a press briefing.

A Blue Notice allows Interpol member countries to gather additional information on a person’s identity, whereabouts, or activities as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.

Co is reportedly being sought in connection with alleged irregularities involving flood control projects.
