The flooding caused by Typhoon Kristine is the worst the Bicol Region has experienced, with water levels reaching beyond the second floor of buildings and some barangays, particularly in Libon, Albay, now resembling seas.

The worst-hit areas are Camarines Sur, Albay, and Naga City, with Albay already declared under a state of calamity.

Many roads and bridges are now impassable to all types of vehicles.

According to the NDRRMC, 89 roads and 10 bridges in the region are closed due to landslides.
