MANILA — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has announced the public auction of seven luxury vehicles owned by government contractors Pacifico and Sarah Discaya, who have reportedly secured the largest number of government flood control projects over the past three years.

The vehicles up for auction include a Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2023, Lincoln Navigator L 2021, Bentley Bentayga 2022, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 2022, Toyota Sequoia 2023, Mercedes-Benz G500 2019 Brabus, and Toyota Tundra 2022.

The auction is scheduled for November 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the situation room, ground floor of the OCOM Building, Bureau of Customs Port Area.

Interested participants are required to register, submit their income tax returns, business tax receipts, proof of payment to the BIR, and pay a registration fee of P5,050, according to BOC Deputy Chief of Staff Atty. Chris Noel Bendijo.

Public viewing of the vehicles will take place from November 10 to 12, 2025, at the PUC Parking OCOM Grounds, allowing prospective bidders to inspect the cars.

Bendijo noted that the floor prices are lower than market value due to depreciation, emphasizing that the vehicles are not brand new.

The bureau expects to raise at least P100 million from the auction, with the potential for higher earnings. Customs employees, as well as the importers and consignees of the vehicles, are barred from participating.
