Although Severe Tropical Storm Wipha (formerly Crising) exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday, it is still being closely monitored alongside a nearby low-pressure area.

The LPA inside PAR is unlikely to develop into a tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours, according to forecasts.
