BTS’ V is preparing to release a new track with South Korean vocalist Park Hyo Shin.
The jazz-pop song, called “Winter Ahead,” features “a heavy vibe that highlights the peaceful voice colors of the two artists,” according to a release on the BTS Weverse page.
“The song sings that happiness can be found in being with someone on your side,” according to the message. “As you listen to the song by V, we hope you wrap up the year warmly with your loved ones.”
“Winter Ahead” is released on Friday, November 29, at 1 p.m. Philippine time.
V will also release a cover of “White Christmas” in December, incorporating the late Bing Crosby’s voice.
In March, the singer’s latest single “FRI(END)S” was released. His debut solo album “Layover” was published in 2023.
V also appeared in IU’s music video for “Love Wins All” and UMI’s song “Wherever U R.”
He is now performing required military duty.
