Tropical Storm #CrisingPH (WIPHA) has slightly intensified overnight as it continues its northwestward movement along the coastal waters of Calayan, Cagayan, packing maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h, gusting up to 115 km/h, and generating sea swells as high as 6.0 meters.

Gale warnings are in effect, with very rough seas reported across multiple seaboards:

  • Up to 6.0 m over Batanes and Babuyan Islands
  • Up to 4.5 m over Ilocos Norte, Cagayan, and Isabela
  • Sea travel is dangerous and discouraged for all vessels
