Tricycle Driver Picking Up Child Fatally Shot by Motorcycle-Riding Gunmen

A 36-year-old tricycle driver was shot and killed around 11:00 AM today in Davao City.

Police identified the victim as Kenn Roger Pisa, a married resident of Deca Homes, Talomo.

Initial investigations revealed that the victim was picking up his child at Bago Elementary School when two motorcycle-riding suspects suddenly shot him.

Witnesses reported hearing three gunshots before the suspects fled the scene on their motorcycle.

Police are currently investigating a previous incident involving the victim that was reported to the barangay, which could provide leads.

Authorities believe the motive for the crime may be a personal grudge.
