According to NBI Task Force Alice Guo head agent Palmer Mallari, handwriting analysis revealed that someone else signed Guo’s counter-affidavit.

The analysis compared Guo’s specimen signatures from official documents in Bamban, Tarlac, with the signature on the notarized affidavit.

The camp of Alice Guo has yet to respond to the NBI’s findings and the complaints filed. Additionally, the NBI has submitted a disbarment complaint against Atty. Galicia to the Supreme Court.
