According to PCapt. Ronnie Heraña, Investigation Chief of the Ilagan Police Station, Pajimna was identified as the last person seen with Camille before her death.

Initially, Pajimna reported Camille missing to the police, accompanied by their child.

However, the Tumauini Police had already issued a flash alarm about the discovery of a female body, which was later confirmed to be Camille Balayan.

Camille, a resident of Calamagui 1st City of Ilagan, was last seen on June 22, 2024, informing a witness she was going to Pajimna’s apartment.

An autopsy confirmed that Camille died from strangulation, and additional evidence, such as bloodstains found in Pajimna’s vehicle, further implicated him.

The investigation revealed that the crime may have been motivated by jealousy, with witnesses reporting a heated argument between Pajimna and Camille in their car before her disappearance.
