The Philippine Army delegation, led by Vice Commander Maj. Gen. Leodevic Guinid and Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) Commander Brig. Gen. Rosendo Abad Jr., joined military leaders from allied nations to discuss strategies for addressing emerging regional threats.
