Kenneth Paul Ramel Ancheta, the husband of Reyna Jane Ancheta, a Pinay nurse who died in Abu Dhabi, is hoping for the swift repatriation of her body to the Philippines.

In an exclusive interview with Bombo Radyo, Kenneth expressed his wish for a family member to accompany him to Abu Dhabi to help uncover the truth behind his wife’s death.

Kenneth shared that he is deeply troubled, making it difficult for him to decide whether to leave for Abu Dhabi this Friday.

Reyna Jane Ancheta was reported to have died in a vehicular accident.

However, Kenneth seeks clarity, as several days had passed since she was reported missing before the news of the accident surfaced.

Kenneth revealed that the last message he received from his wife indicated she had returned to their boarding house and was preparing to sleep.

Following that day, he did not receive any video calls from her, which was unusual given their constant interaction.

Kenneth contacted his wife’s friends and learned that she had gone out for dinner with them but parted ways afterward.

That was the last time anyone saw her, and she never returned home.

The police report stated that Reyna had been in a vehicular accident on a highway heading to Dubai.

No further details were provided to Kenneth, as strict protocols in the UAE require him to gather the information personally.

Meanwhile, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has ensured the immediate repatriation of Reyna’s body from Abu Dhabi.

The Philippine government also assured the family that they will provide assistance during this difficult time.
