According to Labasan, the foreman of the gym under construction at Paraddun Elementary School notified them of the event last night.

During their investigation, yesterday afternoon, November 18, the victim and two others fell from the top of the gym after stepping on the steel scaffolding with an exposed wire attached.

According to reports, the victim got stuck to the scaffolding with electricity running as he was on his feet, whereas his two coworkers were able to jump since they had shoes.

The victim was not instantly removed since the outlet in a classroom is far from the gym as it would take time.
