The duration of repairs for the vessel, which was intentionally rammed by the China Coast Guard, remains unclear, according to Lopez.

No comment was made by Lopez regarding the possibility of the ship being redeployed to Escoda Shoal.

Earlier, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin announced that after repairs and resupply, the vessel would be redeployed to Escoda Shoal.
