The suspects were identified as Oh Hyunsik, 51; Kim Haeyoung, 48; and Kim Seoyeong, 45.

The BI launched the operation in coordination with the Philippine Navy and the Philippine National Police after receiving a tip regarding the presence of undocumented foreign workers in the area.

BI records revealed that the three individuals were working without the necessary permits and visas, constituting a violation of Philippine immigration laws.

Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado commended the arrest and emphasized that all foreign nationals in the country are expected to comply with local laws.
