Responding officers discovered that a Philippine Army trailer truck, carrying two tanks, had crashed into a power pole owned by ISELCO 1.

The accident was attributed to a miscalculation, especially with the road under construction in Barangay Malapat, Cordon, Isabela.

Rivera added that the incident only caused minor traffic disruption, as the truck was quickly removed from the area.

The truck driver explained that he did not anticipate hitting the power pole, as this was not the first time they had passed through the route.
