A Learjet 60 business jet crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, on November 1, 2026, killing all nine people on board.
The private aircraft departed from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas and was bound for North Eleuthera Airport in the Bahamas when it crashed near Cresthaven and Greenacres, striking a residential street and the entrance of a mobile home park.
The pilot-in-command was identified as 55-year-old Jeff Gregory, while the co-pilot was 20-year-old Nathalia Filgueiras, a promising young aviator.
Filgueiras developed a passion for flying at an early age. She attended an Aviation and Aerospace Academy in high school and earned her private pilot’s license at just 17. Before the fatal crash, she had been working as a commercial pilot for nine months.

Also among those killed were tech entrepreneur Adam Robinson and his wife, Helen Sharp, along with their young children, Emma and Charlie. Their nanny, Anita Maria Cetina, and family friends Rachael Reed and Charmi Fehr were also on board.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are continuing their investigation into the crash.
According to preliminary details released by the NTSB, the aircraft may have begun breaking apart midair due to extreme aerodynamic loads as it descended at high speed.
