GOLDEN State Warriors star Jimmy Butler is facing a lawsuit for allegedly failing to pay $260,000 in rent and leaving nearly $130,000 in damages to a Miami home he leased during his time with the Heat.

The lawsuit, filed by Five Star Marketing and Promotions Inc., claims Butler did not pay rent for the final two months of his lease, changed the locks without providing a key to the property owner, and prevented maintenance workers from entering the home.

Reported damages include mold in the ceilings and floors due to improper air conditioning maintenance.

The property, valued at approximately $10 million, was Butler’s residence during his six-season tenure with the Miami Heat, where he played in two NBA Finals.

Butler, who was vocal about wanting to leave Miami, was eventually traded to the Warriors. He has not commented on the lawsuit.

Since joining Golden State, the Warriors have gone 7-1 with Butler in the lineup. He averaged 20 points in his first six games but has struggled in his last two, scoring just six and five points, respectively
