According to the state weather bureau’s morning forecast, the Zamboanga Peninsula, SOCCSKSARGEN, the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Davao Occidental, and even Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as a result of the ITCZ, while the rest of Mindanao and the Visayas will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Pagasa also issued flood warnings for the Zamboanga Peninsula, Davao, SOCCSKSARGEN, and BARMM due to the ITCZ.

Meanwhile, the easterlies, or warm winds moving from the Pacific Ocean, will create partly overcast to cloudy sky with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Regions.

Metro Manila and the other parts of Luzon will likewise experience partly cloudy to gloomy sky, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
