Meanwhile, the trough of Tropical Storm Bebinca, located 1,435 kilometers east-northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon, is influencing weather conditions across the rest of Luzon.
Tropical Cyclone Update
As of 3:00 PM today, Tropical Storm Bebinca (TS 2413) is positioned at 23.7°N, 135.4°E, outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). The storm has maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h and gustiness reaching up to 105 km/h, moving northwestward at 35 km/h.

- Monsoon Rains are expected in MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Sorsogon, Masbate, and Negros Occidental, possibly leading to flash floods or landslides due to heavy to intense rainfall.
