In CAR, landslides have blocked the Banaue-Hungduan-Benguet Boundary Road in Ifugao.

The Lubuagan-Batong-Buhay Road in Kalinga is also closed due to debris flow.

Additionally, the CT Talubin-Barlig-Natonin-Paracelis-Calaccad Road in Mountain Province remains blocked by a soil collapse.

In Cagayan Valley, the Sampaguita-Warat-Suerte-Catarauan-Afusing Road in Cagayan is submerged in floodwaters.

Of this total, road damage in CAR accounts for ₱121.45 million, while flood control structures in Region 3 suffered ₱320.66 million in damage.
