According to the police investigation, the accident occurred around 10 p.m. on October 29, 2024, when the victims, traveling from Pangal Sur to Ipil in Echague, Isabela, struck a parked trailer truck without a driver on the roadside.

Echague Police noted that the motorcycle was traveling at high speed, likely causing the driver to miss noticing the stationary truck, leading to the fatal collision.
