According to Urbano, based on reports received by his office, several barangays in Koronadal City experienced power outages, particularly Barangays Zone II and III.

Roofs of some firecracker vendor stalls in Barangay Zone II were blown off, and several large trees were also toppled.

Aside from the damaged roofs and fallen trees, a landslide was also reported in Barangay Assumption.

The Koronadal City Engineering Office immediately responded and conducted clearing operations in the said barangay to remove the debris blocking the road.

Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported due to the heavy rain and strong winds.

The damaged stalls were promptly repaired, and operations have returned to normal.

Urbano urged everyone to be careful and prepared during times of calamity, emphasizing the need for immediate evacuation from flashflood and landslide-prone areas.
