Seaman Dies After Motorcycle Collides with Parked Van

A seaman was killed after his motorcycle crashed into a parked van in Brgy. Cabbo, Peñablanca, Cagayan.

PCAPT. Lief Bernard Guya, deputy chief of police of the Peñablanca PNP, identified the victim as “Mike,” a resident of Brgy. Cabasan, Peñablanca.

The investigation revealed that the victim was on his way home from a friend’s house when he misjudged a downhill curve, leading to the collision with the parked van.

As a result, the victim fell onto the cemented road and sustained severe head injuries, which caused his immediate death.

Mike was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead by the attending doctor.
