Marbil condemned Marzan’s actions, calling them a blatant betrayal of public trust and affirming that there is no room in the police force for abusive behavior.

The PNP Internal Affairs Service has already taken action on the administrative case against Marzan.

Additionally, Quezon City Police District Director Brigadier General Melecio Buslig has been relieved of his post, demonstrating the enforcement of command responsibility within the ranks.

Marbil stated that accountability must begin with leadership, underscoring that police integrity is a shared duty from top officials to the frontlines.
