More than 30 individuals, including active police officers, are allegedly involved in the disappearance of cockfighting enthusiasts, according to one of the accused known as “Totoy.”

Totoy revealed that around 108 people may be connected to incidents in locations such as Lipa Farm and Siniloan Farm.

He estimated that about 10 are civilians, while around 20 are uniformed personnel currently in service.

He also claimed that the sabungan security guards played a role, as they were the ones who initially turned over the victims to uniformed men.

According to his account, the victims were then brought to an undisclosed location where they were allegedly executed.

Totoy said he plans to include the landowner—believed to have provided the burial site of the victims—in the case.

He was shown a video allegedly proving the burial took place at a fishpond in Talisay, Batangas.

The landowner, reportedly a police officer, is also expected to be included in the list of those to be charged.

Due to threats to his safety, Totoy has been frequently relocating to avoid those who might attempt to track him down.

The Department of Justice confirmed it is processing documents for Totoy’s possible inclusion in the Witness Protection Program.
