Motorcycle Driver Dies After Crashing Into Wall in Ilocos Sur

A motorcycle driver died in a crash after losing control and hitting a wall in Barangay Jardin, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

The driver was identified as Clifford Lemi Quijano, 40, a resident of Barangay Las-ud, Tagudin, who did not possess a driver’s license.

According to Police Executive Master Sergeant Lorenzo Cariaga, Quijano was intoxicated and not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

The motorcycle was heading north when Quijano failed to navigate a curve, causing him to lose control and crash into a residential wall.

Quijano suffered severe head injuries and was rushed to the Ilocos Sur District Hospital in Bio, Tagudin, but was declared dead on arrival.
