According to information from the Dumalag Police obtained by Bombo Radyo, an argument broke out between the brothers, which escalated when Walter allegedly drew a weapon and attacked Jose.

The victim sustained severe head injuries and other wounds. He was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
