The Office of the Executive Secretary has confirmed that dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo has already left the Philippines.

According to a memorandum issued today by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, Guo has flown to Malaysia, then proceeded to meet her family in Singapore before traveling to Indonesia. This information aligns with the initial report released by Senator Risa Hontiveros.

In response, Bersamin has directed the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Justice to cancel Alice Guo’s passport, also known as Guo Hua Ping.

The order also includes the cancellation of the passports of her family members, specifically Wesley and Sheila Guo, as well as Katherine Cassandra Ong.

It was revealed that the Senate has already issued an arrest warrant against Guo and her family, and the House of Representatives has also moved to cite them in contempt for failing to attend a hearing.

This action is in addition to the criminal charges filed against her, including qualified trafficking and other cases related to the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO).
