A couple from Barangay Tukanalipao, Mamasapano, Maguindanao del Sur, received an unexpected blessing when their anticipated single birth turned into quadruplets.

Nasser and Naila were shocked, as Naila had not undergone any prenatal check-ups and never expected to deliver four babies.

The quadruplets were born at noon yesterday, but one of the newborns sadly passed away due to breathing complications.
