On that fateful night, Bryant scored an astounding 60 points, leading the Lakers to a comeback victory over the Utah Jazz, marking the end of his extraordinary 20-year basketball career.

In the years since his tragic passing in 2020, numerous cherished items from Bryant’s career have surfaced and been auctioned off, fetching significant sums due to his legacy as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. The latest piece of memorabilia to captivate fans and collectors alike is the warm-up jacket Bryant wore during his farewell game.

This iconic jacket, which Bryant donned before delivering his legendary “Mamba Out” speech, was sold by SCP Auction on Saturday night for an impressive $336,000 roughly Php16 million. The jacket, which was discovered earlier this year, was conclusively photo-matched by Sports Investors Authentication, confirming its authenticity.

Bryant’s final performance is etched in the annals of sports as one of the most remarkable, with the Lakers trailing by 15 at halftime. Rising to the occasion, Kobe scored 38 points in the second half, including a jaw-dropping 23 points in the final quarter, ultimately sealing the Lakers’ victory with a jumper in the final seconds.
