Currently, no Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS) are in effect, but moderate to rough seas, with waves reaching up to 3.5 meters, are expected over the seaboards of Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Ilocos Norte, with similar conditions affecting other coastal areas.

Mariners and operators of small sea vessels are strongly advised not to venture out due to hazardous sea conditions.

The storm is forecast to weaken into a remnant low over Taiwan or the sea southwest of Taiwan, and the public is advised to take precautionary measures, particularly in high-risk areas.
