Three welterweight champs are on queue against IBF belt holder Jaron “Boots” Ennis (32–0): Brian Norman Jr WBO; Mario Barrios WBC; and Eimantas Stanionis WBA for his undisputed title dream,

Ennis’ promoter Eddie Hearns said that 27-year old Ennis is the future of boxing as he beats everyone. He added that Boots is a special fighter that needs to be tested against the best in the world.

However, boxing experts suggested Ennis to move up to 154 and target Terence Crawford, Sebastian Fundora, Errol Spence, Tim Tszyu, Vergil Ortiz Jr, Israil Madrimov, Serhii Bohachuk, and Erickson Lubin.

Unfortunately, no one at 147 wants to fight Ennis. Even 36-year-old and unified welterweight champion Crawford (41–0) is ignoring him.

“I want to collect these belts. I’m just frustrated. I don’t want to have no backward fights. My whole thing is to be undisputed [at 147] and collect these belts.” Ennis said after WBO belt holder Norman Jr. declined him.

Ennis targeted the Ring Magazine too. “I want to be undisputed,” Ennis blurted.

Meanwhile, Barrios is set to fight Manny Pacquiao for a WBC welterweight title. As of this writing the fight is under negotiation. “And, we’re talking about that. The fight has not materialized yet. But that negotiation is ongoing” Manny said.

Once Ennis pushes his undisputed title cream, there will be a chance he will clash with Manny.
