Heart Evangelista Milan Fashion Week 2025 appearance is officially underway as she arrives in Italy to attend the prestigious fashion event.

The global fashion icon shared her excitement on social media, showcasing the start of her Milan adventure with outfit fittings, indulging in Italian dishes, and bonding with fellow fashion enthusiast Ginevra Mavilla.

Before heading to Milan, Heart attended Paris Fashion Week in January, where she participated in various runway shows from top international fashion brands.

Earlier this month, she also celebrated her 40th birthday with a vibrant and glamorous party.

Among those in attendance were her parents, Reynaldo and Cecilia, her siblings Mich and Cam, her husband Chiz Escudero, her stepdaughter Chesi, actress Bea Alonzo, renowned fashion designer Michael Leyva, Harper’s Bazaar Singapore editor-in-chief Kenneth Goh, and several other notable guests.

For her BJ Pascual-led birthday photoshoot, Heart stunned in a beaded tan Dior dress with a high slit, paired with elegant jewelry.
