The vehicle was also carrying more than ten students, all bound for the same destination.

As the truck climbed a steep road, it reportedly lost its brakes, causing it to overturn and trap the students under sacks of corn.

More than five of the students suffered serious injuries, with one losing consciousness due to a severe head injury, while others were unharmed.

Rescuers immediately responded and rushed the injured to the hospital for treatment.
