THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) affirmed Thursday, Nov. 27, its commitment to improving service delivery after being listed among the top 10 most complained-about national government agencies by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA).

“In our daily operations, the hardworking men and women of the Department, including frontliners, strive to provide the best possible service to our kababayans within the limits of available resources,” the DFA said in a statement.

The department also highlighted its consistent efforts to address public concerns, noting a high complaint resolution rate compared to other government agencies.
