Duterte emphasized that while the police are meant to provide security, their prolonged presence has instead instilled anxiety.

He called for an explanation regarding the alleged excessive use of police force when serving arrest warrants for Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and other accused individuals.

It was reported that 13 days have passed since police forces were stationed in the area where the accused religious leader is believed to be hiding.
