Nation’s girl group BINI continues to make waves in the music industry after receiving the Global Force Award at the Billboard Women in Music, held at the Hollywood Palladium on April 29.

The award was presented by model and actress Cara Delevingne, who cheered on the group and highlighted their rise, especially during the pandemic.

She also noted their growing global impact, particularly following their historic Coachella debut weeks ago.

BINI—composed of Colet, Aiah, Maloi, Gwen, Jhoanna, Sheena, Mikha, and Stacey—shared on stage how grateful they were to stand among the incredible artists present and how thankful they are for the recognition.

“Standing here tonight is something we, BINI, could only dream about. We are deeply honored to be given a chance to represent Filipino music and artists back home. This is not just a milestone for us, but also a responsibility we carry with so much pride,” Colet said.

Jhoanna shared that they hope young women take inspiration from their accomplishments.

“We hope that we also inspire young girls watching this, and they realize that their dreams are also valid no matter where they come from.” She added, “We accept this award not just as BINI, but more importantly, as proud Filipinas.”

Among the other artists honored at the prestigious music event are EJAE, REI AMI, Audrey Nuna, Kehlani, Teyana Taylor, Ella Langley, Thalia, Zara Larsson, Laufey, and Tate McRae.

The Global Force Award at Billboard Women in Music recognizes female artists, creators, and producers who have made significant contributions to the music industry on a global scale. It highlights artists who have created a major impact beyond their home countries.

The honor comes after a historic past few weeks for BINI, who performed at Coachella 2026 and at the GRAMMY Museum.
