According to Villaro, authorities received an alarm at around 3 AM, and Geisler, who was believed to be intoxicated, was identified as the cause of the commotion.

As a result, Geisler was placed in the custodial facility for violating Mandaue City Ordinance No. 11-2008-434, which penalizes excessive drunkenness.

His brothers-in-law were the ones who had him detained after he allegedly started shouting in their area.

Villaro clarified that no one was harmed during the incident.
