Speculation grew after Swedish content creator Pernilla Sjöö posted photos with Philmar, showing their matching arm tattoos with the caption, “2Today, 2Tomorrow, 4Forever ♾️.”

Netizens quickly reacted, accusing the Siargao-based surfer of cheating on Andi, arguing that matching tattoos are usually reserved for intimate partners.

Andi and Philmar, who have been together since 2018, share two children, while each also has a child from previous relationships.

Over the years, they became one of the most admired celebrity couples in the Philippines, known for their island lifestyle and strong family bond.
