Cloudy skies and rain persist over the eastern part of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon (Amihan) and the shear line.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is bringing scattered rain showers to large parts of the Visayas and Mindanao.

The shear line, where cold Amihan winds meet warm easterlies, is causing cloud formation and rain in Bicol Region.

Cloudy skies with rain and possible thunderstorms are expected in Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur.

Light to moderate rains are also anticipated in nearby areas due to the shear line.

Amihan is intensifying and now affecting Central Luzon, bringing overcast skies and light rains to Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Cagayan Valley.

Fair weather is expected in the Ilocos Region and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region, with occasional light rains.

The ITCZ continues to affect Mindanao, with overcast skies and scattered rains over Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Negros Island Region, Western Visayas, and Palawan.

Localized thunderstorms may occur in the rest of the country, especially in the afternoon or evening.

No new tropical cyclones are expected to affect the country in the next three days.
